THE BRIGHTMA CONNECTION

Good materials begin with
a better connection.

Between growers and processors. Between a promising feedstock and a workable formulation. Between research and the realities of manufacturing.

BrightMa Farms brings these pieces together. We develop agricultural fibers and bio-based material systems for paper, packaging, molded products, and industrial applications—helping partners move from an initial question toward commercial readiness.

MATERIALS & APPLICATIONS

Many inputs.
More possibilities.

Explore our development areas.
Each starts with your application.

FIBER & FEEDSTOCK DEVELOPMENT

Start with the fiber.
Design for the application.

Industrial hemp and agricultural coproducts offer a starting point for new material systems. BrightMa connects sourcing, refinement, and specification development to the requirements of the finished application.

  • Feedstock evaluation and supply planning
  • Fiber length, moisture, and preparation requirements
  • Inputs for paper, molded fiber, and composites
Discuss fiber requirements

MOLDED FIBER DEVELOPMENT

Packaging begins
with performance.

We support the development of fiber-based trays, food packaging, and other molded products through material blending, prototype coordination, and application-focused testing.

  • Alternative-fiber blend evaluation
  • Forming, strength, and barrier performance targets
  • Pilot planning and technical feedback

Food-contact suitability and end-of-life claims require validation for the specific finished product and intended use.

COMPRESSED FIBER PALLETS

Material innovation.
Built around the load.

BrightMa develops compressed fiber pallet opportunities around customer handling, storage, and shipping requirements, connecting material blends with molding and performance evaluation.

  • Pallet design and material blend development
  • Load, handling, nesting, and surface requirements
  • Trial coordination and production planning

Dimensions, load ratings, supply volumes, and delivery timing are confirmed by project.

BIOPLASTIC RESIN SYSTEMS

A material conversation
for your next molding trial.

BrightMa’s resin development work includes hemp-based and agricultural-input formulations, sample production, and molding trials. We help connect formulation possibilities with practical processing requirements.

  • Application review and formulation alignment
  • Technical data and sample requests
  • Injection molding trials and partner coordination

Bio-based content, processing conditions, and performance vary by formulation. Request the applicable technical data sheet; compostability is not assumed.

NATURAL-FIBER COMPOSITES

Bring natural fibers
into industrial design.

We support natural-fiber composite development through fiber preparation, material selection, technical partnerships, and prototype evaluation for industrial applications.

  • Fiber specification and material compatibility
  • Reinforced material development
  • Prototype and performance testing coordination
Discuss composite development

Development capabilities and application areas. Material availability and commercial readiness are confirmed for each project.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A few useful answers.

Can we request samples or a technical data sheet?

Yes. Tell us the application, material of interest, processing method, and any essential performance requirements. We will confirm the appropriate technical information, sample availability, and next steps.

Do you work with agricultural coproducts?

Yes. Agricultural coproduct evaluation is part of our development work. Suitability depends on composition, consistency, processing requirements, and the intended product.

Are all bio-based materials compostable?

No. Bio-based content and compostability describe different characteristics. Any claim must be supported for the specific formulation or finished article and its intended disposal environment.

How does a pilot project begin?

We start with an application review, identify the technical questions, and agree on the scope, samples, testing plan, responsibilities, and budget before work proceeds.
